You won't have to pay him, he won't get credits for any songs, His guitar won't be the loudest instrument in the band, he won't take all your chicks and best of all you can turn him off and on when you need him.

Nice little note that they were a great Led Zep Cover band and then moved north to the east coast and then got into including their own songs in the shows.
